THE STORY BEHIND SUZANNE
All named after members of the Neuhaus family, these pralines celebrate the Neuhaus legacy. Each one represents a story and a personality: Jean is intense and strong with dark Peruvian origin chocolate, Louise is elegant and refined with a sweet, smooth ganache of Javan origin, and Suzanne is musical with a melodic, refreshing raspberry center.

Suzanne Neuhaus starred as a mezzo-soprano in several major operas over the course of her illustrious career, so any praline conceived in her honour has to be a show-stopping, applause-eliciting sweet delicacy.
