Our Art Nouveau Belgian praline is a robust but elegant blend of flavours that is inspired by the globally acclaimed yet quintessentially Bruxellois Art Nouveau style. Using Peruvian dark chocolate (64% cacao) and a touch of charred hazelnut, this rich Ganache creates a delectable and well-balanced delicacy that evokes the essence of the Neuhaus roots.

All our cacao is sustainably sourced cacao. We’ve invested in our own cacao farm in Ecuador to work directly with cacao farmers and ensure traceability and quality.
