This collaboration finds its roots in one of our signature creations: the "1857" praline. Featuring the beloved Maison Dandoy Speculoos, this praline has long held a cherished place in our assortment and continues to captivate chocolate enthusiasts:
1857 – Gourmand Speculoos
A praline enveloped in smooth milk chocolate, showcasing the warm, spiced flavours of traditional Belgian speculoos.

Gourmand Pistachio
A delicate and creamy praliné filled with Maison Dandoy's pistachio shortbread, encased in luscious white chocolate. A team favourite at Neuhaus.

To mark the launch of this extraordinary collaboration, we returned to where it all began in 1857—our flagship boutique in Galerie de la Reine. At this exclusive event, we shared insights into our storied heritage, dedication to craftsmanship, and, of course, delighted everyone with a taste of our newly unveiled pralines. Finally, all of our guests were treated to a delightful walking dinner, courtesy of La Taverne du Passage, the renowned restaurant located just opposite our flagship boutique. This exquisite pairing of culinary finesse and chocolate artistry created the perfect harmony, rounding off the evening in true Belgian style.
This partnership is a testament to the harmonious blend of tradition and creativity, with each praline offering a taste experience that is truly unforgettable.
