THE STORY BEHIND LOUISE
All named after members of the Neuhaus family, these pralines celebrate the Neuhaus legacy. Each one represents a story and a personality: Jean is intense and strong with dark Peruvian origin chocolate, Louise is elegant and refined with a sweet, smooth ganache of Javan origin, and Suzanne is musical with a melodic, refreshing raspberry center.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
This elegant, rectangular Belgian praline was named after Jean Neuhaus’ wife Louise Agostini, who invented the ballotin. With its creamy Venezuelan milk chocolate evoking hints of sweet vanilla, the Louise symbolises the delicate, feminine touch in Neuhaus’ origin story.
