This Valentine’s Day, our Maîtres Chocolatiers teamed up with renowned Belgian flower chef Lieven Lootens (‘t Aards Paradijs) crafting three exquisite chocolate hearts that showcase the seamless blend of a subtle rose flavour and the unparalleled richness of Neuhaus chocolate.

Rose Yuzu
An intense dark chocolate heart filled with a delicate rose-flavoured gianduja on one side and a hazelnut praliné with a hint of yuzu and puffed quinoa on the other.
Rose Raspberry Hibiscus
A heavenly red, white chocolate heart filled with a rose-flavoured ganache on one side and a creamy blend of white chocolate, raspberry, and hibiscus on the other.
Rose Cookies
A milk chocolate heart-shaped delight, with one half filled with a rose-flavoured ganache and the other half encasing a touch of Madagascar vanilla and a butter biscuit praliné.
The collaboration
Our Maîtres Chocolatiers partnered up with renowned Belgian flower chef Lieven Lootens, known from restaurant 't Aards Paradijs that earned the title of Best Vegetable Restaurant in Belgium in 2011. Recognised as the winner of the Best Culinary Flowers Award in 2018, Lieven Lootens is celebrated for his innovative incorporation of flowers throughout his menu.
